Stringing and knots
On our malas, beads are separated by knots so they sit evenly and do not rub against each other. If a cord ever breaks, the knots keep most beads in place.
Finishes
Metal pieces are finished and wiped before packing. Each product page lists the material and finish so you know what to expect over time.
Checking each order
Before dispatch, each piece is checked against its description. If something is not right when it arrives, our Return Policy explains what to do.
