Coverage
Warranty terms, where a product has them, are listed on that product page under “Warranty”. Products without that section are covered by our Return and Exchange policies instead.
What is not covered
- Normal wear, such as fading of natural materials over time.
- Damage from water, perfume, chemicals, heat or accidents.
- Repairs or alterations made elsewhere.
