A refund is issued after an approved return is received and checked, or when an order is cancelled before dispatch.
How you are refunded
Refunds go back to the original payment method.
For cash on delivery orders, we will ask for a bank account or UPI ID to send your refund to.
How long it takes
Processing times are shown here once confirmed. Your bank may take extra time to show the credit.
