How you can pay

The payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout.

Online payments

Online payments are completed with a third-party payment provider. You enter card, UPI or netbanking details on the provider’s secure screen, not on KUNJ’s own pages.

An order is marked paid only after our system receives confirmation from the payment provider. We never see or store your full card number, card security code, UPI PIN or one-time password.

Failed or duplicate payments

If money leaves your account but the order is not confirmed, the provider usually reverses it automatically. If it does not, contact us with the payment reference and we will help.

Staying safe

• Only pay through the checkout on this website.
• We will never ask for your card PIN or a one-time password by phone, email or message.
• If a payment looks unusual, contact us straight away.
