These terms apply to orders placed with Kunj Abhushan through this website. By placing an order you agree to them.
Products and descriptions
We aim to describe and photograph products accurately. Colours can look slightly different on different screens, and natural materials vary from piece to piece.
Prices and availability
Prices are in Indian rupees. Availability can change. If we cannot fulfil an order, or a price was listed in error, we will contact you and offer a refund or an alternative.
Order acceptance
An order is confirmed only once we accept it and, for online payments, once the payment provider confirms the payment to us.
Shipping, returns and cancellations
These are set out in our Shipping, Return, Refund, Exchange, Cancellation and Warranty policies, which form part of these terms.
Limits of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
